  15.      The _m_i_s_e_r__r_e_s_e_t command is used to force a running version of miser to
  16.      use a new configuration file (the format of the configuration file is
  17.      detailed in _m_i_s_e_r(_4) ).  The new configuration will succeed if and only
  18.      if all currently scheduled jobs can be successfully scheduled against the
  19.      new configuration.  If the attempt at creating a new configuration fails,
  20.      then _m_i_s_e_r(_1) retains the old configuration.

  22.      The _m_i_s_e_r__r_e_s_e_t will fail if the requested new _m_i_s_e_r configuration
  23.      oversubscribes the resources that are currently available to _m_i_s_e_r. The
  24.      maximum system resources, memory and the number of CPUs, that are
  25.      available to _m_i_s_e_r, are specified at miser's initial startup by arguments
  26.      to command line options.

  37.      The _m_i_s_e_r__r_e_s_e_t command does not have the ability to increase existing
  38.      maximum system resources available to _m_i_s_e_r during original _m_i_s_e_r

  41.      Only a user with write access to the original miser system configuration
  42.      file may execute this command.

  44.      The _m_i_s_e_r__r_e_s_e_t command cannot be used to change the time quantum in the
  45.      configuration file. _M_i_s_e_r must be restarted if the time quantum is
